Stress is a significant factor when you’re trying to conceive a baby! Sometimes as women, it seems like the only thing we can focus on is the fact that try as we may, we cannot become pregnant. When all you can think about is getting pregnant and it consumes your mind day and night, it can actually work against you. Natural fertility tips every woman can use

One natural fertility tip is to maintain a healthy weight! Being over- or under-weight can affect ovulation, simply because it can throw off how much insulin and estrogen your body produces. Eat a healthy diet packed with fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and healthy fats.

Exercise – it boosts your immune system, gives you energy and perhaps most important of all, reduces stress levels, important for conceiving!

If you smoke, give it up. We all know smoking is bad, but when you’re a woman trying to get pregnant it’s even worse. Nicotine in cigarettes can negatively impact menstruation and hormone levels. Did you know that smoking reduces your chances of becoming pregnant during your monthly cycle by as much as 40%? If you didn’t have reason enough to quit before, now you do.

Know your cycle and which days you are ovulating. Have sex more often; after all, the more you do, the greater the odds you will become pregnant. Having said that, don’t become obsessed with the idea of having sex only to conceive!

Natural herbs such as chaste tree berry, red raspberry leaf and red clover can be beneficial in boosting fertility.

Whether you believe your hormones are out of balance, you’re just getting “too old,” or it just wasn’t “meant to be,” approaching the issue in a way that is relaxed and natural often results in success.  Just when you believe it’s not going to happen, it often does!
