Do Your Bathroom Habits Speak Well of You?

So, you work out regularly and you don’t stuff yourself with junk foods. That must mean you’re healthy, right? Well, what does your colon say? Do your bathroom habits speak well of you? Meaning, do you eliminate 2 – 3 times daily, once for every meal you have eaten?

Outward Symptoms Equal Inward Problems

Many times outward symptoms of our body indicate that something wrong is going on inside. Consider the following:

  • Do you suffer from chronic constipation and have frequent gas and bloating?
  • Are you often tired and have constant headaches for no apparent reason?
  • Is your breath offensive?
  • Are you more than a little overweight?
  • Do you always have a cold?

These are all indicators of an internal problem. Most likely, your colon could use a good washout. Most people don’t like to talk about the colon, and intestines, and going to the bathroom, but these issues cannot be overlooked when it comes to good health. In fact, a healthy colon is essential to good health.

The Colon is a Filter

The colon is like a filter for the body. It acts as a sewer system, flushing out harmful wastes and toxins. If it gets clogged it creates a problem — just like your toilet. A backed-up toilet is never nice. A backed-up colon is not nice, either. It causes problems with elimination. Old fecal matter accumulates along the walls of the colon and keeps it from functioning properly. If wastes and toxins cannot get out of the body, they build up inside and become a health hazard. Parasites love to live in this putrid condition. A parasite infestation will rob the body of vital nutrition, which will lead to a lack of energy and a host of health ailments.

Clean the Colon Regularly for Better Health

Correcting an unhealthy colon may take some time, but it can be done.  The first order of business would be to cleanse the bowels from hazardous toxins and chemicals, excessive mucous, and accumulated waste matter.  There are a number of colon cleansing products on the market today that will cleanse the colon as well as expel parasites.  Colonic irrigation will thoroughly flush the colon and recondition the bowels. Cleaning the colon regularly is a great step towards better health.

Good Bathroom Habits are Learned

Most of us were taught that we must wash our hands when we are finished in the bathroom. We were also taught to clean up behind ourselves before exiting. These are good bathroom habits. The habit of bowel elimination, however, is something that may take a bit more time and consideration to put into place. Because of this, it is overlooked by many. Remember, the health of your colon reflects the health of your body. Take the time you need to learn and instill the vital bathroom habit of bowel elimination.
