As is with any major task we undertake in life, the first step in reaching our goals is the committed decision to make it happen. Jumping from diet to diet will only harm in you in the long run. Not to mention the eating binges that sneak in between diets. Even though there are great diets out there, know that your own diet – as in what you eat on a daily basis – has a lot to do with your weight. Are you eating healthy? Are you eating just to lose weight or to be in good health?
What goes hand in hand with proper diet? Sufficient exercise. Notice I wrote sufficient exercise. Walking from your home to your car and from your car to your office building is not sufficient exercise. If you’re serious about losing weight, then you need to be serious about what you need to do. Whether you’re going to do it inside or outside of your home, get serious. Get active and get going. Walking is by far the best way to lose weight, yet so many people look for more complex and expensive ways to drop pounds.

During these three days drink plenty of water, juiced vegetables, and juiced fruit. Drink these separately. Following the liquid diet, your meals should consist of a strong breakfast. Imagine that being your only meal to sustain your for the day. Have a moderate lunch and only a salad for dinner. Remember not to eat after seven o’clock if possible. Within a week’s time you will notice the numbers going down on your scale.
