Sonoma Diet

The principles of the Sonoma diet from author and dietitian Connie Guttersen, are based around the Mediterranean Food Pyramid. Enjoyment of food, gourmet cooking, and moderate portion sizes are the keys of this diet.

South Beach Diet 

The South Beach Diet is a popular commercial weight-loss diet created in 2003 by cardiologist Arthur Agatston.  The diet is named after a glamorous area in Miami, and is sometimes called a modified low-carbohydrate diet. The South Beach Diet is lower in carbs and higher in protein and healthy fats than is a typical eating plan. But it’s not a strict low-carb diet, and you don’t have to count carbs.

Strip that Fat

The main guide is 95 pages and concentrates on giving tips and advice, then elaborating on each subject for 1-2 pages for better understanding.  It covers motivation, portion and control, eating at restaurants, exercise myths, the danger of fad diets and a lot more.  There is also an online meal generator.

The Diet Solution Program

The Diet Solution Program by Isabel De Los Rios came from her passion to help her diabetic and overweight mother. After years of research the author was able to get her mother completely off diabetes medication and help her lose 40lbs in the process.  There is a 95 page guide that gives lots of information on what kind of foods we should eat and why.

Truth About Six Pack Abs

The Truth About Six Pack Abs is an e-book that focuses on toning abs with more than abdominal muscles, specific exercises to develop defined abs, the proper foods for strength training and the benefits of toning down and sculpting a beautiful body.

Vegetarian Diet

Vegetarianism encompasses the practice of following plant-based diets (fruits, vegetables, etc.), with or without the inclusion of dairy products or eggs, and with the exclusion of meat (red meat, poultry, and seafood).

Abstention from by-products of animal slaughter, such as animal-derived rennet and gelatin, may also be practiced.  Source: Wikipedia.org

Vegan Diet

Veganism is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meat, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients. Many vegans don’t eat any animal by-products or products tested on animals. Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers has been well known and popular many for years.  It’s based on a points system.  Foods are assigned point values, and each day you need to stay within your daily points allowance.
