This infographic compares and contrasts the various features of Facebook and Google+ in an easy to follow side by side comparison. In most categories, Google seems to have the competitive edge across the majority of categories, yet the data on this infographic clearly show that internet users currently spend far more time actually using Facebook than they do Google+.

Internet users spend an average of 6-7 hours a month on Facebook whereas they only spend an average of 3 minutes per month on Google+. However, some have predicted that Google+ will eventually over take Facebook. Perhaps as an harbinger of things to come, it is interesting to note that while it took Facebook 852 days to obtain 10 million users, it took Google only 16 days to reach this same number of users.

Of course, Google is such an internet bohemoth with the ability to heavily cross promote all of its various services and products, this is really not all that surprising
